Amazing instructions. I can't thank you enough. My husband put frozen gross deer meat in our refrigerator and left. When it thawed out, it looked like I had a dead body in my refrigerator! Bloody mess. Your video was a life savor!!

Man!!!! Samsung really need to rethink their product design. What a hassle!!!!!! I spilled nasty marinate from raw meat and could not bear the thought of never being able to clean the spill properly that had seeped under the glass. Saw a couple of videos but this one was the clearest. Thank you. I did not take off the glass, rather, I ran hot water and soap over it at the sink until see there were no more traces of the brown liquid.

Thank you! I watched a couple and yours was the best at getting the shelf lifted out - you don't push on those little parts, you get underneath them! Removing the clips was the next very important part - I don't want to break anything! You did omit showing putting those two clips back on after the cleaning but it was straightforward, fortunately. My food processor 2.0 didn't work and I just tried it without closing it completely out and it worked, when I first used it , it had to be locked to work , really strange, but the vitamin 2.0 food processor is the best way to make almond butter so you can get all of it out
