Howd u end? Any tokens? Pressure / weight? It does feel amazing out of the box.
@DownhillJakeАй бұрын
I'm currently riding no tokens, 61psi @165lbs bodyweight. LSC is still dead middle and HSC is a click open from middle. I haven't felt the need to change anything major as it already feels amazing!
@StevenEliukАй бұрын
At 165lbs ur up in the air pressure vs recommended, imagine ur sag isn't 20%? I'm similar weight 58 psi, one token, I would bottom out too easily without. I'm tempted to try again without the token and up the air pressure 😊.
@DownhillJakeАй бұрын
@@StevenEliuk I prefer the more linear feel of the forks so I do tend to run more pressure and stray away from tokens. It could be riding style but I've never noticed a positive improvement when I've added tokens 🤷♂️

Looking at buying my own skis this year. They say you want a pair that goes from the ground to your nose. Any other info you can provide? Thanks.
@DownhillJake3 ай бұрын
That's true on the length. Another important factor is width. It really depends on what your skiing, a wider ski is better for powder, and a narrower ski is better for groomed/harder conditions. Mine are 100 underfoot so not super wide but far from narrow. They work great on these typical east coast conditions but if I go out west I'm not sinking in the powder and I can still use my skis lol

@@dbirds21 I haven't ridden a surron so I can't personally comment but I wouldn't describe the talaria as a pig it's got a good amount of zip to it. Have you tried the charger 3 Zeb? I found the charger 3 wasn't as nice on the hands as a Fox 38 for park days, but read the 3.1 has helped with hand fatigue. Biggest concern is for all day park laps.

I have the charger 3 on my ebike and while the 3.1 is noticably better I still found the 3 better then my 38s, but I'm beginning to think I may have had an issue with my 38s because this doesn't seem to be the norm 🤷♂️
