i have come 4 months later to say that 5:59 is true, with 2 of those cards that reduce ur dmg by 1 and increase defense by 1 (no charge def) i successfully deflected all the hits from plant rush without needing to superguard or block.

Hey i just realised that it's because you took more damage than the healing and ur health in total but in my testing that if you took lose just enough health and heal past ur damage taken minus ur before health, you still be in mortal damage e.g if (your current health) - (damage taken)<0 then you take mortal damage and then + (healing output) makes it the current health bigger than 0, you still take mortal damage.
