you don't have to stick to any nots pick a normal scale for example c major and if you jump the forth and the sevenths it is tizita and its the same for every other scale

Lord Kitchener (Aldwyn Robert’s) and Lord Pretender (Aldric Farrell). Preedy (Pretender) is the shorter man, and was known as a master of extempo ( the ability to sing extemporaneously on any topic). Kitch was known as the Grandmaster, and acknowledged as the greatest composer of calypsoes made for pan.

This helped to solve my problem- I just could NOT find this until you explained. My laptop is older, so I find that I have to record one drum at a time- like the KICK only, then add the snare etc. One at a time. But the way that the MIDI recording loop works- its really easy. Also I think it is key to go into those settings that say 1/8, 1/16, etc and 0-100 adjustment and I turn them OFF. Because whenever they were ON, I think GB was trying to "fix" my timing and it sounded much worse.
