"We almost had a fight with the bouncers", I'm not surprised. The Apollo bouncers hated rock fans, in my experience. I had one bizarre experience there while watching Saxon (supporting Motorhead) from the half-empty circle. A tuxedo-clad thug (bouncer) decided to randomly pick on me to chuck out. As I was being dragged by the neck, Fast Eddie materialised in front of us and uttered "Put him down, man!". He'd been watching Saxon, too, from some corner of the circle. Good bloke. But the bouncers were hellish.

Love The Silencers is there a DVD of it available as I was at the gig. My eldest daughter now loves the band also. I've seen them a few times with her. PS I'm from Coatbridge.....

Many years ago ...I used to sleep with the radio on very quietly at night....I awoke one night maybe 3 or 4 in the morning.... and this song was playing...It enthralled me then and still does....
