It's the Incinerator, which is fuelled with biogas. Normally, the incinerators are LPG fired or use electricity for heating, but here we have converted it from LPG to Biogas to save fossil fuels.

Plant is built very close to the animal shed because of the land constraints and high value of land in Delhi, India. Currently client is using 2 units of 30 kva Biogas Generator and surplus Biogas is used for thermal purposes like make butter, cream, sweets etc. If only for Electricity Generation one 125 kva can run for 24×7.

For 85 m3 biogas tank with 30 kva genset the required Cowdung is around 800 -1000 kg per day, the land area required is 25ft × 35ft, the approximate cost including genset is 19 lacs plus 12% gst and the tentative erecting time duration is 70-90 days excluding rainy days.
