It's the Incinerator, which is fuelled with biogas. Normally, the incinerators are LPG fired or use electricity for heating, but here we have converted it from LPG to Biogas to save fossil fuels.

Yes. we need to mix it with water in defined ratio and then it directly goes to Digester.

Now this is a great video. I love biogas and wish everyone would make their own power with biogas. I was wondering why you dont catch the heat from the engines to make hot water or to heat your digester.

Thank you so much for your motivational words. We also appreciate your suggestion on the use of engine heat....actually it depends on the client's need and how open he is to invest more. At many of our sites, we synergies the thermal energy of engine exhaust for indirect heating to evaporate water from slurry manure through hot water beds and at many places to pre-heat the water for boiler and other applications.

Plant is built very close to the animal shed because of the land constraints and high value of land in Delhi, India. Currently client is using 2 units of 30 kva Biogas Generator and surplus Biogas is used for thermal purposes like make butter, cream, sweets etc. If only for Electricity Generation one 125 kva can run for 24×7.

For 85 m3 biogas tank with 30 kva genset the required Cowdung is around 800 -1000 kg per day, the land area required is 25ft × 35ft, the approximate cost including genset is 19 lacs plus 12% gst and the tentative erecting time duration is 70-90 days excluding rainy days. The maximum capacity Biogas Generator we manufacture is 125 kVa ....we may club 2 units of 125 kVa with synchronization panel or if we have split load then we do not need the sync panel
