Best couple of the show, even with just a few close scenes it was enough to believe their love and their story was so beautiful and real. It kill a little the dynamic of the show for me, she was part of their past and they were breaking from the inside and she was fighting for their freesom from the outside, it was two different and needed points and the fact she was almost family made it perfect, it was sad that Robin wanted to leave the show, although I adore The mentalist, it's a show perfect till the end and she nailed her character.

I don't think the romantic type of love is special, and I think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other, while most platonic best friends remain friends until death. It seems that most people love their platonic best friend more than their romantic partner. People can survive without a romantic partner, but people can't survive without a platonic best friend. Platonic relationships are always better than romantic relationships. Platonic relationships are more powerful than romantic relationships.
