The RNA BC is the main cause why there is a shortage of registered nurses in the hospitals. Their ESL requirements are too severe that some have taken the test more than 5 times and still failed. There are many doctors who work at drop-in clinics, but can not work independently because they do not have a billing number from the province. By now prov health minister Dixie will have fixed that but he hasn't as yet. 😱😱🙈🙈💀💀
