Les boules sont ternes ça manque de buée et en plus on empile pas le pain chaud comme ça un vrai massacre c'est dommage. Le coup de lame a l'air bien mais le pain manque de vie on dirait de la pâte morte ça vient de la farine trop de gluten. En France si on manipule des boules comme ils font elles retombent de suite.

Les façonneuses ça existe, ici les baguettes sont trop courtes. C'est pas parce que c'est fait à la main que c'est meilleur. En plus quand c'est cuit au feu de bois ça ressert les pattes du vrai mortier. Il faut arrêter les clichés écolo. Sans avoir goûté je peux vous dire que c'est infect, voilà pourquoi les gens ne mangent plus de pains.

I'm English and my all time favourite treat is Baklava but what we get hear is not the same as when I was on holiday in Turkey. I like the fact that I can only manage two pieces and I'm full but give me chocolate and it is demolished. So it helps to not eat a lot of sweet stuff.
