This reminds me PERFECTLY of our country right now. We already have about as close to perfect a system as we could hope to achieve, yet the newcomers just HAFTA keep trying to change everything- to a system that is OBVIOUSLY more complicated and just plain stupid, not as effective etc. And to make matters worse, at :35 the "new" completely cuts in front of the older (and better) style, making them slow and change their path. You're fool. This shape is as good as cylinders when you want to move with heavy think, for example cabinet, and you put this shaped thinks under it. It isnt good for for example car wheels or bike wheels because lenght from center to edge isnt everytime same as with circle.

Reuleaux triangle is great for 3 dimensional wheels. I’m not feeling the flat “2D” bike wheels.

It's not supposed to be used like that. The triangles should be synchronised at 180° from each other otherwise you get bumps like in the video.
