Mine quit working. The fix was simple! I went in under the hood, turned the fan by hand, then sprayed Silicone spry. Repeated the process and it has worked flawlessly the last three years!

I have a shudder in my late 2020/2021 Corolla SE as well. 72000 miles. It feels like the transmission is going to come through the floor, especially going up hills, and most noticeable from 20 to 45 mph

How often do your change your CVT Fluid? As long as you dont have any CEL, and the car still drives you should be fine. Unfortunately, my car did not show any symptoms prior to CVT failure. It just failed

This I am not sure. I never checked only because, they were not an issue for me. However you can probably try to contact Crutchfield or even Alpine directly and ask them if there is an option

Is the red on the taillights the same as the red on the light bar in person?

There is a slight color difference. The AREX trunk lightbar has a more vibrant red than the tails. This was also the same with oem tails as far as color difference

I personally havent experienced any issues. They are 100% optional and I dont recommend using them if you are hesitant/worried

@@japofe1696 I want to say 1.25" was the length. Im not 100% sure, but I would start with 1.25" and move up to 1.5" if the 1.25 does not hold tight

Hey man! I’m planning on doing some coilovers, wheels, and tires for my 86. Are you running any spacers on the 17x8 wheels you have? Your car has a great setup! Looks so good

Nice! The biggest mods that change the look and feel of the car :) I was/currently not running any spacers on my setup. Just 17x8 +45 wheels. Could probably use a 10mm spacer to be more flush, but Ive been happy with the current setup seen in this video. I personally avoid using wheel spacers as much as possible

Great video! Is there any way to wire it so that it can function as both a parking light and a brake light? That's what's holding me up on buying this, I know the ebay trunk light can do it but this one looks better

@sanda7662 That would be a question for AlphaRex, but from what Ive seen, the lightbar only has 1 power/Ground wire to simply turn the lightbar on/off. Yea, the ebay trunk light didnt seem as bright/vibrant as the AlphaRex one, but I do wish AlphaRex offered a version without the trunk button, or even relocate the trunk button to the bottom
