When I wrote my first soap report in EMT, it was about a woman who was dead on arrival. Alex pulled me aside after class to make sure that I was okay. He told me if I ever saw anything that made me uncomfortable to come talk to him. He told me to protect my mental. He was like that from my first day of emt until my last day of medics. I saw him a few years later and told him I was accepted into medical school, he had the proudest smile on his face. I thanked him and told him that I still use everything he taught me. RIP Alex, no more pain. Hopefully they take ptsd for medical professionals more seriously in your honor.

Good video. The only thing I would advise when training elevators is that crews remember that the elevator is locked onto that floor unless you take it out of phase two (automatic recall to the lobby) or you leave your key and send it to the lobby (not a good idea). Once crews make the resource floor take it out of phase two so that the other responding units have a way to get up to the fire.

On febuary 15th 2024 approximately 1,700 hours I was walking down 17th Street in Miami came to the corner of 8th Street next to mother Teresa's shelter and there was an emergency 5 police officers and ambulance that said number five the EMT and the EMP we're making derogatory comments as they walk past me the EMT then jumped out of the ambulance came to the sidewalk invading my personal space taking pictures and videos of me telling me that he's taking pictures and videos of me just like I am doing of them while they're on duty. He was threatening he was being derogatory he was just inches away from me holding the phone as close to my face as he could get it the evidence is in his phone. He and the EMP that was driving both had their phones out making videos taking pictures while they were driving the ambulance they pulled down 17th Street almost to the corner of 7th and the intersection light was red so they decided to make an illegal u-turn in the middle of the street with the ambulance. not my question to all of you is is it legal for an EMT and an EMP to be using their phones while driving an ambulance is it legal for anybody to be using their device while driving their vehicle why is this happening and the evidence is in their phones.
