Wegen dir trainiere ich nun seit Monaten regelmäßig mit der Macebell, aber auch mit dem eigenem Körpergewicht. Ich bin 40 Jahre alt und fitter als in meinen 20er… mach weiter so…. Danke Auch mein Musikgeschmack hat sich geändert. Nun schreien mich Vikinger beim Training an…😂
