Recorded proof (good thing, since that witness disappeared and I can no longer find my apartment manager from 20 long years ago, nor the chaplain who also let me know she did not agree with "the tactics") of the malicious, anonymous stalker who made it his mission to decimate my life, reputation first. All my rights were trampled, starting with the home break in done years before the Patriot Act, to attain my personal information prior to the internet taking off, where hackers now do this from a safe distance. I lost my life, because technology enabled a psychopath with friends.

If someone took someone's likeness and made products out of it, regardless of what it was, even if it was a financial product, then that means it's an invasion of privacy and they would be stealing from the victim. This is Especially True if they forged their signature to give themselves permission.

Clearly explains the battle of forms. Nothing split my head more than this. One quick question: Is the 1o day rejection rule an interpretation of "reasonable time" in the Section 207 (1) and (2)(c) and (6)? The 10 day rejection rule is more concise and precise. What is its source?

Dormant commerce clause was on the Feb 2024 CA bar exam, and thank God I had watched this video because it was the only explanation of the DCC that made sense to me, so thank you!

why would the plaintiff put up a witness who testifies she saw her (the plaintiff) drinking a beer and run a red light? Did you mean to say the witness saw the defendant drive by drinking a beer and run the red light?

It seems like the more the government gets involved in supporting citizens' healthcare, education, finances, etc. and business' finances, hiring practices, etc. the more easily it is to argue the government has a compelling interest in everything.

I am not a law student but have learned it is single most important thing to teach your children these days. It’s dangerous when you and your kids know the law as a civilian. 😮it’s also a great side-hustle to exercise your rights lol. Sorry lawyers!!!!
