What a beautiful harvest! May I ask where you grow if it’s here in the states because I need to move to your state 😊. I try gardening here in Arizona and it’s just too hot and unbearable that it killed my garden last year.

So the Bokashi compost breaks down enough in 2-4 weeks? It doesn’t ever burn your seedlings?

From this harvest, I decided to steam some of the sweet potatoes and use them to make sourdough sandwich bread for my daughter's school lunch. I really enjoyed making it; it was fun, and the bread turned out delicious, with a soft texture and lovely smell.
