Hi. Im relatively new to exercise, but for last few days, having purchased a bike like yours, I have been following along to your video, however Im a little worried about something, initially when my pulse gets going, I get an excruciating pain in my left temple, like the worse migraine ever! Its so bad, I have to stop to let my pulse recover, however when I then carry on with the exercises, despite my pulse increasing again, I get no more pain. Im wondering if its linked with neck issues, as I get acute cracking in my neck when I turn it to the left. Ive tried neck exercises, but it make pain in my neck much worse. Im trying really hard to get the weight off being 7st overweight, and my sons Wedding coming up in 5 weeks, but should I be worried about the acute migraine like pain in left temple, or is this normal?
