Why does Australia insist mobility scooter speed is limited to 8 M.P.H? When the user can legally drive a car capable of 200 MPH plus.

Please bring back the chat room on the Lyme Regis Harbor Live Cam. In these trying Covid times when we are isolating more & more, the chat room was a way to meet people & stay connected.
