Very weirrd. I dont beleive s bank staff could tell such stories like i"t could be a co- worker." 10 days?..... It's a piece of cake to zruck the Bank and account on which the money was transfered. .. this they cant fail to do.

Something similar happened to my husband. Someone withdrew money from his account from two different countries within a short period of time. It is the bank (Deutsche Bank) that noticed and contacted him. He had not left Germany even for a single day. They refunded him the money without any hassle. It was clear it was a case of theft (withdrawing from two different countries within a short period of time).

weird story. Is the person doing this in the bank? Is it someone staying in your building who has access to your letterbox? Sorry.

Germany got no resources to check CTTV. The reason y it takes so long to get ur money back is that they have to also double check if ur story lines up or if all of u guys came up with this plan to scam the bank of money. Germany is just stupid, in the US they call u once ur card has arrived at the bank, u have to pick it up in person. I think the tremendously underpaid mail guy stole the letter, it is also a thing with Amazon packages, they check if there r phones inside or other valuables n put something different inside, tape it n deliver it.

Hey guys, I'm truly sorry this happened to you'll. To be honest with you'll, this is an inside job, someone in this bank is working with a known criminal and if I was you'll, I would just find me another bank. Because, apparently, they can't secure your money, you will always have this problem. Don't keep wasting your time and money at this Bank. This is definitely an inside job and they don't seem to have a sense of urgency to help you'll retrieve your money..... just stop banking with them. I'm truly sorry this happened to you both. Stay strong and try to stay positive and encouraging to one another. Marc
