Your best bet would be not to learn from someone who doesn't have breast. And maybe learn from someone who performs them, like a female Dr.

Great video. I have Alkaptonuria are the presence of dark urine, a buildup of dark pigment in connective tissues such as cartilage and skin, and arthritis of the spine and larger joints. Other features of this condition can include heart problems, kidney stones….my stones started at 19, and i am now 55. ive had the basket x 5, nephrostomy tube x 2 during pregnancy and Lithotripsy x 6 in my kidney stone carrier….i have passed maybe 100 stones, calcium oxalate and uric acid stones which led me t beg my dr to see i i have guot which i do, undiagnosed for years….i had drs accuse me of faking stones for pain med, which i am recovery, it took me living in the middle east for top dr of the country to diagnose Alkaptnuria. AKU is an ancient disease; scientists have found evidence of alkaptonuria in the Egyptian mummy Harwa dated 1500 B.C…..in 2011 i finally got a diagnosis, and also have poly arthritis and have had two knees replaced torn meniscus in both, two labrum tears and bicep tears, and one hip replacement in 2012 you explained so much i didnt know. Thank you

Another unnecessary exam unless she has a problem. They tell women to do self exam and then come in for them to do one. Another unnecessary exam men made up. What if one breast is bigger than the other breast. This was invented for male gratification. Unnecessary

Unnecessary bimanual exam because after they say I don't know they give you a ultrasound. You can't diagnose any medical issues by sticking your fingers in the vagina and rectum. Invented by men

So basically, the Monro-Kellie doctrine represents the following statement: the intracranial space is a rigid space, within which lie the brain tissue, blood vessels (arteries, veins and capillaries) and the cerebrospinal fluid, all of which can be represented as parts of a schematic pie chart, which means the increase in volume of one component must decrease the volume of all other components and vice-versa. In the pie chart, of the total of 1700 mL, the brain takes up 1400 mL, while the intracranial blood takes up 150 mL and the cerebrospinal fluid 150 mL. Any arising intracranial mass, such as a hematoma, a tumor or a parasitic cyst etc, becomes newly included in the pie chart, and with its growth will proportionally lower the volume of other, anatomical and physiological contents of the intracranial space. The intracranial space has multiple compensatory mechanisms by which it resists the rise of the intracranial pressure: 1. Reducing synthesis of the cerebrospinal fluid, 2. Increasing the reabsorption of the cerebrospinal fluid, 3. Moving a certain volume of the cerebrospinal fluid from the intracranial space to the spinal canal, 4. Increasing drainage of the dural sinuses and intracranial veins into larger veins outside the intracranial space, 5. Moving the structures of the brain. If any intracranial mass overrides these mechanisms because of it's volume or localization, the intracranial pressure will begin to increase beyond physiological levels, leading to moving of the brain structures and their herniation, and thus a brain injury.

Something to add. We use cervibroom if not pregnant, post menupausal and had procedure done on cervix and if you dont see the transition zone. Rotate it 5 times but in above mentioned conditions use spatula to take sample from ectocervix rotate once and brush for endocervix rotate 1/4 to 1/2 times.
