Waqas bhai its not that easy, in my case I have 10 years of of progressive work experience in Finance & I am MBA FINANCE as well, have recommendation letters, have experience letters, all documents are attested, etc, but proving 3 prongs is technical, that's the thing, having an advance degree is an eligibility criteria however to get selected for the approval u have to have 3 prongs.

Yes that could be in few cases but overall I think it is a good opportunity & comparatively easier visa category for experienced professionals having good qualification.

Yes overall you will have to visit uscis.gov website. You will to compile and make a package of your educational & academic records & get the evaluation done by any recognized credential agency and include your professional experience records in that package alongside other two things and complete application form and submit along with package and fee. This is high level info and guidance and you can do more research and also watch my other video on this topic for some overall information

Fresh professionals are not assett they are liability .If they get opportunities abroad then it is fine.They would experience competitive environment & they theirselve witness level of their professional competency .They would have to give time & effort to be eligible for job candidacy .They donot want to give time & effort in Pakistan & just ask for privileges in Pakistan.

10 years ago people need a proper reason to leave Pakistan but now people are rolling to get a chance to leave Pakistan at any cost. We're at the verge of that point where we can cost anything to just get a future for our families. Including me, costing my everything to leave this country. Do you really call it a long drive? Imagine if someone traveled by car from Oslo to Bergen(Norway Westcoast), cruise ship to cross the Nordic Sea to New Castel(England), then to Oxford and London by car(Dover) to Calais by Seaways ferry, then on to Paris by car, 2-day rest and then drove to Switzerland via autoroute de soleil (2-day stay), next stop Germany just1500 km to cross over to Denmark from Swiss (1-day at Tivoli) left for Sweden and finally to Norway. And that someone was ME. The longest trip of my life with my family.
