Hi Johan, NieR nerd here. Congratulations on Ending A and glimpsing the tip of the iceberg. Even bigger congratulations on remaining unspoiled in the 7 years since the game's debut and subsequent ongoing multi-game crossover bonanza. Looking forward to the Route B playthrough upload. Many of your remaining questions will be addressed and you may be left with many new ones. Just remember that side quests can get locked out if you progress the main objective too far past them and there are some doozies hidden away in there. Glory to Mankind!

Been catching up on Lingo and then Outer Wilds. In case no one ever mentioned it, the “crashed ship” on the Addlerock is an Easter Egg - it is so low rendered because it is from an earlier stage of the game production (forget which point)

Can also explain what happened with your ship and the black hole. You probably noticed you always leave the white hole pointing at the station. Both you and your ship come out of the white hole at the same point in space. So if you are not in the pilot seat, you can get tele-fragged.

@@belian5928 Oh neat! I'll need to take another look at it without streaming/recording so I can turn up the graphics without my laptop bursting into flames and really see the difference :p And! That makes sense - I haven't heard the term tele-fragged before, but that's very evocative of being battered to a pulp by occupying the same space as my ship after a teleport!
