Mine came with the same ticking chain sound when pedaling. I just adjusted the barrel adjuster a full turn clockwise. Now it runs smooth and quiet.

Got mine few days ago.Same color,same issues(but easy to fix). Love this bike! Fits perfect even if I was worried of S size.Safe trips there!

I unpacked mine also 3-4 days ago, same issue with the rear derailleur. Switched gears badly and I couldn't even get it up to the largest sprocket even after adjusting limit screws. Got it to my mechanic today and hopefully they can fix it.

Hey mate, sorry to hear that. Never fear, my mechanic got it done in a few minutes, 15 minutes or so. The rotors needed some adjusting too but eventually I walked away with the bike shifting well and rotors spinning without noise. Sent the paid invoice to Canyon same day, several days later they've asked me for the same info again. Hopefully I get reimbursed... Feels pretty rushed huh?
