Good vid. As for refresh rate, you want something between 24-40fps (Hz). The human eye sees around 24fps, thus why movies are screened at 30 fps. Higher refresh rates cause faster eye strain/ fatigue, because your eyes are attempting to adjust to additional information being processed. Example: It’s easier to find an animal that’s standing in the middle of an empty field. It’s much harder to find one standing in dense forest. The same goes for anything the human eye sees. The more information your eyes receive, the harder your eyes and brain work.

I’ve found it to be imperative as a recreational NV user to do neck stretches 2-3 times a day prior, the day of and the day afterwards. And for some of us older guys a chiropractor appointment the following day is always welcomed.
