When you click template and go to transform to move the offset Y, that is not the same here for some reason, here is Pivot and is doesn't do the same thing. Any tip?

You might be using an older version of DaVinci Resolve. I had the same issue. Instead of doing Pivot, go to the Layout tab on the right and use the Center option to set the key frames.
