It happened to me the first time I did but I think mine worked after two days. That's strange because driver booster is verified by Microsoft. Please click this link www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php to download it from the product website and follow the instructions in the video carefully to use the application. NB: You need internet to run the driver booster

@shericet In the Adobe file, click on Menu in the top left corner and select preferences in the drop down list of options. There's Security and Security (Enhanced), click the Security (Enhanced) while selecting "Enable Protected Mode at startup" and save changes. If you still don't have those options, update or reinstall the latest version of Adobe reader. i used driver booster 12 , and the scan fails it requires internet which i don't have since i dont have a wifi driver...

@bySimyna I would presume this is after a fresh install of the PC's operating system. If so, you would need to manually download the wireless adapter's drivers from the PC's manufacturer's website and install to make sure your PC can connect to the internet before proceeding. Driver booster requires internet for it to work. Let me know how it goes

Is the printer already set up on a network? If yes, the technician who set it up can provide that information. You could also check the IP and network settings on the Printer's control screen. Most network printers have it
