I chose high protein pasta and 93/7 beef and then added all the calories and macros and came to these numbers with the weights and measurements provided in the video: Calories: 606 Carbohydrates: 60g Protein: 48g Fat: 20g Although the video quotes under 500 it is well over 100 more calories than quoted and higher macros. That said, this is still a great balance and, ultimately, a great meal prep option. Thanks for sharing.

@@Jewcedthey aren’t easy to find in the uk sadly :/ majority of my audience is American which is why I recommend them. Best alternatives in the UK are carbzone low carb tortillas which you can get from Amazon or the bfree tortillas from Sainsburys which are 90cals per wrap and fairly large Make sure to heat both up in a pan before wrapping! 👌🏽

This is literally just chicken. You're not adding anything to it to make it have more protein. Also has junk carbs all over it. You can get the same thing at Popeyes. 😂
