It'd be cool to see a video about your financial goals and how you budget to reach those goals! But I enjoy the week in the life, it's just that it's not bad to include your nurse schedule bcs that's part of your life🎉

Have you considered working on a different specialty?
@diaz_celeste3 ай бұрын
Yes, I would love to work in Nicu or pediatrics! But I would have to relocate.. Sadly the hospital I work at does not have those specialties since it is small.

Hi can you please tell me from what topic or subject the nclex ask the question the most
@diaz_celeste3 ай бұрын
It’s hard to recall specific questions from the nclex. But what I can say is that the test heavily focused on safety, always think ‘How can I be a safe nurse’ when answering questions

@diaz_celeste6 ай бұрын
Not all places make it mandatory but my hospital did for all new nurses but we are a small hospital. So essentially I worked shifts as a nurse and then had extra classes/workshops/support through my first year

What are your thoughts or experiences in the nurse residency program? Feel Free to ask any other questions!
@cleliaparnell87436 ай бұрын
People have NO IDEA the knowledge a nurse has. It's not just handing out pills and cleaning vomit and sh$$. What pill/IV med or drip, and why? Parameters for increase/decrease interventions? Watching every heart beat/ respiration/ skin change/orientation changes/intake and output (extremely important), mobility etc etc etc etc.

You looked perty tired at the beginning of the video.I know the feeling,I'm in the same work field.I been working as a CNA little over 25 yrs.and have worked in 2 hospitals and numerous nursing homes working 8 hour shifts,12 hour shifts and even 16 hour shifts! I feel for you,the medical field is a hard stressful field to work in.And it takes alot of strength and knowledge out of you over the years.My mom was an RN for 36 yrs.and work at the same hospital her whole career.Best of luck to you in yours and don't work too hard. And thank you for what you do.
