At first when I checked out this album, I wasn't sold on it. But it's been a while since I updated the Aerosmith portion of my playlist, I think I'll have to give this one another go.

This is an interesting version, but Steven's vocals are way too compressed. I separated the vocals and instruments from the San Diego 2006 version (the nearest to this one that I could use) and I had to apply the most powerful possible compression like 10 times to make it sound similar.

Just Push Play is a juggernaut of a record! Beyond Beautiful is their best album opener since Hearts Done Time! The rhythmic complexities and melodic executions are out of this world!

A lot of these songs sound like B sides re-recorded. While the songs are heavier, a lot of them are just plain boring. I give this album a c+ If you're able to catch an Aerosmith show, I guarantee you will hear none of these songs at the concert.

Only time this was ever played live - I was there at the ole' Manning Bowl - VH-1 sponsored the concert. As another commented here stated it was a sh*t show. General admission, security issues outside - not to mention this small stadium was smack dab in the middle of a neighborhood. Show itself was fun though, great weather day albeit a bit hot.

What a great song this is! I love the guitar solo so much, it's super creative and has that Joe's tradmark style ♥

Not sure what happened to Aerosmith, they were getting on their feet with Done with mirrors and then they just made left turn onto corporate rock Avenue, becoming the new, new kids on the block, making music for teenage girls?

I saw Aerosmith a couple of times the summer of 2001. They were incredible. I know that Aerosmith released new music after 2001, which I enjoyed but not as much as everything that came before. Aerosmith has been part of my life since as far back as I can remember and i wish I could thank them for the joy and memories they gave me.

I was there! General admission and a bit of a shit show. People were being pulled over the stage because they were getting squished in the front.

Best show I ever saw these guys do was Vanandel arena on the 9 lives tour. Brad and Joe just jammed for a while. Nugent came out and did walking the dog with them. It was amazing. Watching these guys improvise is so much more interesting than watching them play a show of just the hits. They should have done more shows where they did deep cuts instead of always appeasing those who only know the hits. I would of loved a show where they did spaced, woman of the world kings and queens, nobody's fault, etc too many to list.

Nine Lives is their most underrated album. It's a great Aerosmith album in the middle of the 90s. They crushed it! 😎

I love the amps, energy and power of the band's outtake performance. They softened the soft for the album, which is still amazing, but wish they could record an album with amps energy power and testosterone again. I wasn't impressed with the expensive male bashing video they made, but the tune is awesome either soft or hard
