@@rongring2557 i've been trying to do a rotational pivot driven swing, when it's good it works really well but can't always keep it going and id do some early exxtension i think. any tips on syncing it all up consistently?
@rongring25572 жыл бұрын
@@steveperry1344 An inability to perform downswing sequencing efficiently at less than full speed indicates that there will be challenges to repeating correct downswing sequencing at faster speeds. Practice the transition and downswing at 30%, 40%, 50% speeds...full length...to find where the downswing sequencing becomes erratic, correct it and then slowly add speed to 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%. If your sequencing becomes erratic at faster speeds, go back to the slower speed that you can execute perfectly and build back to 90%. Hope this helps.

good info, i've noticed that move of the acute angle of the elbow in the swing of a pro i was taking lessons from but never did ask her about it. i'm gonna try it and work on it, thnx.

Great video Ron! Does hitting short shots using right arm only help to train the movement of the right elbow?
@rongring25573 жыл бұрын
Hitting short shots will have an indirect effect on the entire motor pattern in this context. Although independent, other components of the swing will move in patterns that support the training and efficient use of the right elbow.
