@nehoccohen1 If you upgrade and are able to get this suite , I would tell your butler immediately that you want the windows cleaned every opportunity. It is the only suite where they can't wash the windows whenever they want, because of the way it's designed. They can only wash the windows when they are in port and docked...depending on which suite you get, port or starboard side. They were only washed once during our eleven day cruise. We shouldn't have ever had to ask , but on this day, we asked our butler to have them washed while we were on tour. He forgot and we literally had very fogging visibility the last days or our cruise. This included all the windows in the cabin and the deck , so we couldn't even go outside to see . While we feel very fortunate to have enjoyed this suite, it was definitely overrated and we were very angry that they didn't have a planned schedule to keep things clean. You also cannot use the hot tub whenever you want. You have to ask your butler a couple hours before you want to use it to fill it and clean it. Then you can only use it for 2 hours before they have to come and test it again. I'm sure this is for health and safety reasons. But it's not as much freedom and enjoyment as you think. The one other big negative to the suite is the master bedroom TV comes down from the ceiling and obstructs a good portion of the room space. It is extremely easy to hit your head if the t v is down, and you are trying to walk to the front of your bedroom and use the desk. On top of it, all their compensation for us not having an iconic view from the iconic suite for the last few days of the cruise was underwhelming. We wish you a wonderful time and fabulous accommodations but just be aware of these things. The space and service might outweigh the issues and might not.

@GSSuiteLife We did not add extra people but we knew you could. It was more than $99. The bus ride to and from was not fun , especially with a few people who drank too much. The time at the bungalow was great and the food was as well. You would not want more than 4 people.

I do not recall how many floors are in the hotel, but it is not the top floor.

That is a fair interpretation. I think they were going for modern, simple and Zen. The hotel has gone through a recent refurbishment and we were upgraded to this suite. But we have definitely noticed this decor trend.

We were not offered that option. So I am not sure.

I believe that the heaven suites are the only cabins that get access to the haven but that there is another class of cabin called concierge level.

I honestly don't remember. But I could tell you the whole room was in disrepair at the time.

There are actually very few of those suites at all. I would call the hotel directly to be sure you get what you are wanting.

When we stayed there last year, they were talking of expanding with a larger suite for friends travelling together. Next time you think of visiting Sedona, take another look to see if they have added a new suite.
