This police department is completely corrupt. I've got the numbers back from sheriff fath and it appears that the erpd have nothing to do or chose to do nothing. He threw you guys right under the bus. Every time I point my camera at a police officer I catch you guys breaking the law or doing your job poorly.

So you don't request public records from the actual cops. You can ask for anything you want. The response issue you are talking about is probably correct on paper but you are kinda just slamming your head on the ground. GOD DAMMIT THOUGH YOU ARE RIGHT ON SPIRIT. You won't "win" against these cops they think you are a pedo, you clearly are not. The law is written a certain way but it is interpreted certain ways. That was obviously too much for moronski copper to handle. He was stymied with the overload on his limited capacity. If it is not green lighted by the county attorney I wonder if the goal could be achieved piecemeal, e.g. a month at a time or something. Then just keep doing another month after that, and so on.
