In 2004 I discovered the greatness of DJ/Sound system culture at Bonnaroo in TN. it was probaly like the 1st one. anyway when i got back home i needed something to replicate this vibe as i had no music like this on CD yet. At best buy i stumbled on this OM Release. MF&DC on the cover unbeknownst to me, i thought, "this one looks proper!" My life was never the same after. the parties i was discovering around the city were unbelievable! although everyone i was meeting around the scene kept telling me i was 4 years too late. it ain't what it used to be. Pre 2000's, etc. I had no idea how lucky I was to be born and raised in Chicago

@@oilcan no it was a liltle ski resort. The party was nestled at the bottom of a valley. I remeber Dee lite performing. Then seeing them all in the crowd raving with us. Pleasure force parties were amazing.

@41:41, Gant Garrard- Groove The Feeling (Dust Traxx Records) I used to play this track all the time back when I played at parties and made mix tapes. In my opinion house had was better back then and had more soul. I can't get into most of this new mainstream house. Guese I'm just an old timer now.
