I used to have IBS, still do but to a lesser extent, and believe me, anyone with IBS knows that feeling of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. At it's worst, I'd never go on any time in my car longer then 20 minutes without wearing an adult diaper AND and plastic garbage bag that I'd cut two holes for my legs and wear like a giant pair of plastic diaper covers.
