That was very impressive. I have so many question about your setup. Are the controllers that you use wired or wireless? Also can they handle the abuse of that type of game play or do you nee to be gentle with them? Oh BTW you earned my sub LOL

Thank you 👍 my Friend, both for the compliments and for the subscription. i play from Pc and controllers are strictly wired connected via USB. Ace combat 7 is actually one of the simplest game ever to set up because it's plug and play. You just have to get used to the default layout because it can't be changed. I've been using the Logitech X56 Hotas regularly for years and I have to tell you that it resists stress very well. Sometimes I maintain it by cleaning it from dust and I oil the central spring of the stick. Other games like Microsoft Flight Simulator or this one kzbin.info/www/bejne/j6mciJynaduhm7M , you can set the controls as you prefer but the general setup is more complicated.😉

I recently played the demo and it felt really good but since i have little to zero experience with spacecraft games i was hesitating and tried to play it with a cheap flight stick to get a feeling for it. I really enjoyed it so I decided to buy the game and watched few reviews for better flight sticks. The x56 had reeeeally mixed reviews because it's solid but seems like it has quality issues so it's a coin toss if you get a good model or one with flaws which you have to sent back and hope for a better one. Since it's still in the medium segment i wanted to give it a try and after i saw your videos i bought it. It came toady and it seems I'm lucky cause it works perfectly and I'm having much fun. Thanks for the gameplay.

for me it's a good purchase... but in any case they are two completely different types of flight peripherals.

Hi. Great video (I hope I can do this one day). I’ve got an x56 (space sim pilot normally). I’m having real trouble completing the training in msfs as the plane just goes all over the place when I move the joystick. I’m using the settings as allied by the application. Did you make many changes to get the responsiveness that you seem to have while flying? Many thanks

HI. I didn't make any real changes to the setup, I just calibrated the sensitivity of the controls better. 95% are the original settings.

Nice video...I've watched a few of your videos and you certainly seem to know how to use the X56 Hotas...how long have you had it and would you recommend it? I've watched a few reviews and the main negative is the ball and socket wearing quickly and that the stick is clicky. Just wanted your view on it....thanks...

Hello and thanks for the compliments. Yes I would recommend this joystick....I've had it for about two years and play with it regularly. There are no obvious defects. The stick is still perfect, the throttle stiffens if you don't use it for a while but just use it for a few minutes and it immediately returns to normal

I quite like the Microsoft flight sim but don't know whether to purchase the 40th Anniversary edition or wait until Microsoft 2024 comes out? I'm on Xbox and a T.Flight Hotas one.. its not working..? I keep getting the 'connect a controller' prompt. And the only thing under 'imputs' is either the A or B setup, ('1st person shooter' or 'racer' option) Any help?

I ended up using flak, electrocannon and blaster as my weapons. I wonder if I made the best choices, but it seems to be working pretty good so far. Amazing to see spaceship like controllers, I ended up using keyboards and mouse because my xbox controller just using practical for all the controlls that exists in this game
