Just search "Omegaverse" and you'll find it. The rules for the Omegaverse setting vary slightly depending on the author. The round mark on the neck is a special relationship that is established when an Alpha bites the Omega's neck (cervical vertebrae). It's proof that they've paired. Omegas who have been paired will then only release pheromones towards the Alpha's partner. The relationship will continue until one of them dies, but while it will be difficult for an Omega to have sex with anyone other than their partner, an Alpha can have multiple partners and will have the upper hand in the relationship.

This is not an incest anime. You won't find such an anime unless you look for it yourself. Also, the title of this video clearly states [BL]. If you check the title carefully, you should be able to determine whether it is an anime you don't want to watch or not. So there is no problem because the owner of this video is warning people who don't want to watch it.
