I was born on December 8th 2012 which means I turned 1 when Boston flooded I was born in Boston in Pilgrim Hospital fact is before I turned 1 it would be 3 days of me being affected by floods as a baby

The council are using law enforcement officer to scam the public I was stood outside Paddy power bookmakers having a cigarette I was stood there with about 10 people all smoking I through my fag on the floor went and sat in a chair in bookies this enforcement officer came inside the bookmakers told me to come outside then said I through a ciggie on the ground there was loads of but ends on floor the bookies used to have ashtrays outside the shop they were taken away a couple of months ago the council offices are across the road the enforcement officer was watching me from the council doorway just up the street the council told the bookies to take there ashtrays away so they can fine people 150£ which is disgusting this is entrapment is it to pay wages and racist because I am English he never approached the foreigners about smoking only me his name is Shaun Arbuckle a true Brit nice one mate hope your proud of yourself I lost my granddaughter this last 5 months she was 12 days old I also lost my father he was 81 I've had a shit time the last year and now the council are being vindictive to English people and leaving the foreigners alone to do what they want

I’m not sure if the most worrying thing is that a councillor thought he was above the law by being on a Skype meeting whilst driving a 40 tonne vehicle or that the rest of the people on this call didn’t challenge him on this. What other crimes would they turn a blind eye to???
