Do y'all have a makerspace? I think that has a lot of overlap with a creative space like this but is more focused on the engineering and fabrication side of things. It's not so much an artistic kind of creativity, but is still one of the essential avenues of creativity. I've always wanted to live somewhere with a makerspace.

I love the concept of Serenbe and would love to live there but I have one question. Almost all the buildings seem to use stairs. As our generation(s) age and people no longer can climb stairs what will happen to the people that live in the community? I suspect if you invest and buy a beautiful home there you wouldn't want to have to leave just because you grow older. Perhaps they could start addressing these issues in future model homes?

Hey Phil. MANY of our homes are 1 level...it's all about the individual's preference when they buy a lot and talk with architects/contractors!
