The ground wire from power source was connected to the electrical box first. How can you later connect the ground wire again using a wire nut?

I'm a 20 yr master plumber (SC), besides International Plumb. Codes, local jurisdiction codes differ. Overall it would pass codes here, except the connection at the clay city tap, here you must use a Maxx adapter and if you touch it whole line must be inspected which im unsure if you did or not. Not doing it is against the law. Now some issues I have is 1) that first c/o at the house should have been a 2 way clean out instead of a wye, which is directional and does not truly allow you to service the Iine going into the house. 2) Instead of ferncos I would use heavy duty husky(or no hub bands) bands, way more sturdy and durable against sagging. 3) I saw no level to check grade on main run which if its too much or not enough will cause issues. Overall not bad. Nowww put a monetary value to ALL the labor that you physically did, which took you days ; whereas a crew of 2 to 3 professionals with right equipment would've done in 6hrs. There's a cost beyond materials that increases the price. That job ONLY cost than 500 dollars is because you did a lot of free work to install that $490 worth of materials.

I had a crushed pipe section from roots. Got an estimates from $2000 to $2500 to replace. Dug up were it was crushed and cut it out and replaced in 2 hours. $50 for materials. You were smart to add second clean out for most home built in the last 30 years in Florida have this.

Just a pro tip, should have given a bit of a slope and added some foam insulation around the duct in case of condensation.
