My mom said " my brother did not walk until 18 months. I did not walk until I was 19 to 21 months. The typical range that is consider normal development is 9 months to 18 months but most babies walk around 12 to 15 months of age after. I never learned to crawl but that is because I have hypotonia which is low-muscle tone probably caused by Chromsome 18p deletion syndrome. I have scooted anyway.

Her hips are ok? It should not rotate the soles or the feet so much outward. They should be in tre same direcțion with her face - body -hips. That means that leg is not rotating correctly into the hip socket. Please check with a doctor.

Don’t have baby in car seat or anything restrictive for too long. Babies need floor time and moments to move their body. I did that with my baby and she is taking lots of steps at 10 months. I know every baby is different, but I believe giving her lots of floor time and no restrictive toys like bouncers helped. Also only be in the car seat 2 hrs or less a day if possible

Your country is ahead than my country India in majority of the things but in India we get six months paid leave and again you can extend another one month.😊
