Once you apply for the EBB program and are approved you need to contact a participating provider in your state. Only specific providers are offering the connected device discount. The proposed physician fee schedule clarifies that only physicians or nonphysician practitioners eligible to bill an evaluation and management service to Medicare will be eligible to bill for RPM codes ( 99453, 99454, 99091, 99457, and 99458). However, depending on the description of the code, some of them can be furnished by other qualified healthcare professionals or clinical staff under supervision.
