you should wear a heart rate monitor. you will know which exercises are light for you. i usually wear a watch and flip it on my wrist and when I do heavy thrusters my hr can shoot up to 190bpm. And also helps to track and compare your workout history. Awesome workout btw.

If you had to limit the movements to say 3 or so, what would your top 3 be? Btw, you’re incredible brother! I’m a 36 year old father of two (under 4) work full time and studying to become a Health & Physical Education teacher here in Australia. You’ve been a big influence for myself. Your channel is honestly one of the best out there! Quick question..would you personally do these as part of a bigger daily workout ie a brutal finisher after a low rep weights session for example...or will doing this workout be more than enough for you for the day.

@@GingerPrince109 great question. They can actually be done for both options. I do a compound barbell lift for my main work, then follow up with these workouts for conditioning/work capacity. If I don’t have the equipment or time to get the main lift done, then this will do. I just go heavier with the bells to make up for the strength work. Hope this helps
