@belinaduruaku537 omo, there's always light and water and sometimes there isn't if there's fault with the supply, it's quite stable sha, if you are in the top most floor you might not really get water, who knows if they would have fixed it sha.

As long as it falls between when everyone is supposed to resume, we all have different dates so just make sure if falls within those dates not earlier to be in a safer side
