just expand to 64 teams, and do 2 stages of groups. initisally, have 16 groups of 4, and then make the first 2 out of every group qualify, the ntake the remaining 32, organize them into 8 groups and the rest is as usual. max games for team will go from 7 to 10, and total games will increase by a lot. 2 months of world cup!

As a Saudi, I didn't hear anyone claim that our league wants to overtake the top leagues of the world. Their vision is to make it among the top 10 by 2030, which I believe is doable if they continue this good work.
