Ça semble délicieux, pas mal d'huile quand même !! Je préfère faire la soupe au chou au blender, et plus rapide à préparer ! Je ne reste pas 3 plombes dans la cuisine.

Very true, carrots are incredibly helpful in losing weight but more - so in raw version then cooked. When carrots are cooked they introduce more glucose into your body, when raw significantly less. Cooked carrot has a glucose index of 70+, raw carrot less than 20. I lost 20 kg in 2008 in one month by eating raw carrots with spices, a low amount of dairy and lean meat. All the lettuce, spinach, cucumber and celery that I could enjoy. Used pepper, garlic, ginger and spices such as turmeric, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, chillis liberally as well as Apple Cider Vinegar. Lemon Juice. High protein cottage cheese and yoghurt lower than 10g/100g in sugar and carbs. Miniscule amounts of olive oil were used on occasion. Also had herbs such as mint and coriander to seal the deal. Bay leaves to further sweeten it. Make sure you take multi-vitamins when on a limited diet. You can also put water in the fridge with chopped up cucumber, mint leaves which makes it delicious in hot weather. Avoid sweeteners and diet soda.

Es ist völlig unmöglich in einem Monat 30 kg abzunehmen! Hört doch endlich auf solch einen Blödsinn zu schreiben! Sicher ist das Gericht lecker, aber es muss auch nicht jede einzelne Komponente in Öl angebraten werden. Und griechischer Joghurt ist sehr fettreich... Trotzdem werde ich das Gericht gern nachkochen und einfach nicht als Abnehmgericht einstufen.

Dazu muss man nicht jedes Produkt einzeln in der Pfanne mit Olivenoel braten. Das geht auch anders.Und 30 KG in einem Monat ist erstens unmöglich und wäre total schädlich. Trotzdem Dankeschön.
