I’m not sure I do anything special. I shave them when I shower and use deodorant (nothing with aluminum in it). I find that if I wear anything with sleeves I will sweat through it so I have to be careful about what colours I wear. Sometimes your under arms will pick up pieces of lint from your clothes so if that’s the case just go to the washroom and wet some paper towel and pat them down. Should work well.
