You're wrong about push email. The whole point is that emails are "pushed" to the phone instead of fetching. Push means, the server only sends mail when it's available and the phone doesn't need to keep checking. Fetching means the phone is constantly checking the server and wasting battery. To my knowledge, the only push-based email account that works with Mail is iCloud email.

For phone charging, which apple Watts charging adapter do you recommend that comes with USB-C charging for IPhone 15 plus? I use the 20W today and you are right. It heats up. I don’t think the 12W adapter has USB-C connector.
