OMG! Where is the narcissist introducing gear, spending the first 20 minutes focusing nothing on but self??

were you using 12v with the boss sd-1? the led looked kinda low and on many of the older sd-1 the psu needs to be 12v otherwise it doesn't sound right

However, it does not provide any information about which part is better or worse. That does not exist. Sound examples are played, one device sounds great, another song doesn't anymore ... then Gibson and Tele are also compared, which sometimes works and sometimes not at all. The dual sound is always driven with the same setting, which is just nonsense. You have to adjust it. Adjust it exactly to the amp with the internal setting options, then the part really blossoms. Simply in the basic setting and not even adjusted the sound, then it is clear that sometimes the RAT, sometimes the OCD sounds better.. The dual sound is basically a pre-amp and turns a clean amp into a three-channel amp - it doesn't want one SD-1 or a RAT ... you switch them on before ... and then it's off!

I have this amp myself and you’ve done this amp far greater justice than I could but this is extremely versatile as you demonstrate. Every song you selected to demo is a banger 🤘

Man, you could earn a living by providing top shelf amp demos like these... but alas, we live in a sick world where the cheesiest influencer gets more attention than people with real substance like you... Anyway, I got offered a Vox like yours on a trade for my PRS S2 - I think I'll go ahead with said trade... thanks to you !

That was a great shoot out. Really well done. You can clearly hear the difference from one to the next. I have an old SD-1 and am trying to figure out if I'm waisting time thinking about and OCD.

Nice representation .Main things missing are the SuperFuzz and the Harmonic Percolator.Tone Benders can vary greatly by model number and specific components. The Buzzaround is a more exotic option if you like ultimate, crushing, gain.

Harmonic Percolators are rad, but not as readily attainable nor ubiquitous as these mainstays... @Mark Ferguson which HP do you own?
@markferguson3745 Жыл бұрын
@@oldnikix Vaderin HP 1X, Joe Gore Porkolator, and Frédéric Utility Percolator. They are all different, not expensive if you go used, and I generally have acquired many Fuzzes which get rotated on 2 boards.There are a few that I'd consider the best of kind, but I still appreciate the differences.
