Hahahhaa no branch gives just morning evening rounds, it also includes OPD hours , surgery hours , and emergency cases. So Pharma gives you a fixed number of working hours , no emergencies, Sunday breaks and GHs.

@drugdoctor94 Other branch I don't know. I am Medicine PGT 3rd yr. Yeah in pgship we have little bit hectic duties in 1st & 2nd yr. But in SR ship/ consultant level only morning round not even evening round. Yeah they are doing multiple private practice also . But this is extra.

@@motivationalatish9528 other than rounds , you need to manage RICU , EICU , MICU and OPDs. I wish medicine was this simple and not hectic. Best wishes if you are enjoying the residency. If you enjoy seeing patients it's a good branch. Many of my friends have hectic schedules in medicine after being consultants and APs. ✨

I'm hoping if i might get MD Pharma > MD SPM in Round 2 from MGM Indore only (MD Pharma closed at 51k in round 1 and there's still 3 clear vacancy in round 2) Can you please please please tell me how is the dept of pharmacology in MGM Indore? Stipend - 1st year- 76k 2nd year - 78k 3rd year - 80k Fees in MGM is 1.2 lac. Fee may vary from clg to clg. Check with the adminstration section of the clg. Bond is of one year in MP clgs. Best wishes ✨

Honestly , firstly you need a higher score ( taking it through private clg was never my priority as ROI is not much ) and especially for me the main reason was I never liked seeing the patients . U really need to feel good while doing your job as you need to pursue it through life. If you really like hearing people's problems you can choose that , but for me it was always teaching the students which gave me an adrenaline rush and solving there doubts. Those are the best branches but not for everyone. I had chosen what suited me best. Rest is your call and destiny. Best wishes ✨

Best wishes ✨ Try choosing the best clgs like central institutes > Mumbai clgs > Delhi clgs > following those will be best clg in your state. Trying choosing these clgs > stipend , stipend shud be good than bond. Basic criteria. Don't choose clgs with higher bonds. Rest list is available in comment section somewhere. Please check it. No idea regarding MBA , that's a marketing degree !! MD Pharmacologist get a different post like conducting clinical trials and bcom RMA which won't be possible with MBA degree. They might get some other posts ! Anyday MD> MBA !! Some ppl after post MD do opt for MBA to improve basic marketing skills . But without a core degree in Pharma you can't pursue or achieve what MD achieves.

Hey!! There are no good or bad people , just perspectives. As such bias can be there but toxicity is a big word. Pharmacology as such can't be toxic as a branch , because it has least dependency on others/ fellows/ seniors unlike clinical branches. So , I guess you can join MP clgs. Best wishes ✨

Directly join company and then they give you offers to join abroad. The other way is give exams post mbbs not post MD , that will be beneficial, you can choose your choice of branch and can practice in your choice of country.

Govt job is a thing and you might have to wait for 1-2 years to get somewhere permanent!! It needs knowledge, experience, luck and favorable time. But definitely not much saturation is there. Best wishes 🎉

Hey !! No branch is good or bad. There are 19 subjects!! U can't specialise in everything. So call is yours . If you like teaching or wanna purse in academics ... It's a good subject.... U can join medical clg and have work life balance. Call is yours. But if you have interest in clinical branches or wanna see pts , then you can choose other branches accordingly.

Sundays!! U are free !! U just have Monday to Saturday residency that too from 9am to 5pm . Very chill branch. Nothing you will be doing on Sunday or GHs. It will be an off. So relax and enjoy.
