Good video - I have a question, so that you don't have to have a subscription Is it possible to set up the system at an external address, and send data / recording home to my NAS server, in some way for example with a wifi dongle in the usb port, or can the sync module work with a wifi router. I just got a 9th gen ipad (black friday 2024 special😁) but it doesn't say "import from photos". any idea how to fix that? Is it a setting in Resolve that I can change? I had a devil of a time getting more than 2 tabs, by the way. My daughter gave me a generic bluetooth keyboard some years ago, I dug it out of the tech mothballs, et voila.. tabs. If I can't import videos though, may as well offload the app

I have a huge glass case full of DVDs and CDs. I was looking for something to just rip them to and access menu on stereo hooked up to a 8K TV. Really don’t need the CDs I have a 50 CD player. But some of the old DVDs are not edited like Smokey and the Bandit has been for an example.

Tiny Media Manager can come in real handy for renaming movies, scraping online database for cover art, sorting files into folders. It is a real life saver. As long as you title your files to something even remotely recognizable - TinyMM will take care of the rest. Another great piece of free software.

There’s a major flaw with the MyQ app. The built in Chamberlain garage door opener MyQ app works with my iPhone and my iWatch, and also works with my wife’s iPhone. But it does not work with my wife’s iWatch. Only the owner’s iWatch works with the owner’s iPhone, no other iWatch will work. Is it possible to add the MyQ device shown in this video to my Chamberlain garage door opener with the built in MyQ, and register it to my wife’s iPhone to allow the Chamberlain garage door opener with the built in MyQ to work with my wife’s iWatch. If that works, it would be a way around the major MyQ app flaw that does not allow a second iWatch to be used.

Many, many thanks! I wasn't going to tackle this until I found your video. Now that I've done it I can offer one tip. I avoided removing the idler pulley by using a strong piece of solid wire to hold it back as far as it goes to the right. In this position of the idler the belt can be passed around all of the pulleys then the idler can be released.
