You have made a mistake in this video, you have repeated a row. the 3rd row after you have done the 7 rows of 40 single crochets. It took me a while to figure the mistake out. Might want to fix it. actually there r other mistake too.

Chaining two in the beginning counts as a double crochet, so the last stitch should have three double crochets, not two.
